Our stay at Villa Sea Breeze was truly fantastic. The apartments were smart, well designed, and comfortable. The view of the sea was fabulous and the proximity to the beach and local bars and restaurants was great. The owner, Maria, was extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The complimentary platters of meats, cheeses, and pastries upon arrival were a wonderful surprise. The homemade chocolate pancakes and juice for breakfast were delicious. Maria even cooked us a free and delicious dinner on our last night. The hospitality was exceptional and we highly recommend Villa Sea Breeze.

The owners were incredibly helpful and gave us a detailed explanation of the city and a useful map. They made us feel at home and provided excellent recommendations. the room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. the apartment had a breathtaking view and a terrace for relaxation.
The house was a bit difficult to find due to the lack of signs. the description mentioned a washer, but there was none available.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to the beach and offers easy access to nearby attractions. Guests can enjoy the convenience of having a grocery store within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The host's hospitality is exceptional, with fresh bread and pastries delivered daily. The pool area and jacuzzi are well-maintained, allowing guests to relax and unwind.
The hotel's location outside the city center may require transportation for those wanting to explore Split's attractions.

The hosts at Villa Sea Breeze, including Maria and her husband, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They even surprised me with a delicious breakfast spread every morning. The apartment itself had stunning views of the pool and sea, and the pool area was a perfect place to relax. The location was convenient, only a short distance from the beach and a quick Uber ride to the center of town. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Villa Sea Breeze.

The location of the villa is perfect, as it is so close to everything. the nearest supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away, making it very convenient for groceries. it is also close to the beach, allowing easy access to a beautiful seaside experience.
The outside pool is not heated, resulting in cold water.
